love your videos, with your barber shop mini claw try changing the prize up to reflect more on the cliental. example if it is men going in there make the prizes masculine maybe add the odd dollar or five etc.

You should put some cameras in your machines to help manage when its on/off. I also use my cameras so I know when I need to refill the machine.

My last week has been terrible as well. I have 11 mini's out there and did almost $800 2 weeks ago. Only did $350 this past week. So maybe it's just that time of year to expect a slowdown?
