Hey! I actually just joined Tulerie this past week based on your recommendation in a prior video! I’ve listed one item so far.. looking to list more. I also found and am following you on the platform, lol. I love what you said about seeing your items make special moments come alive in other people’s lives. I’ve used Vivrelle for the past few months to rent bags, and it’s been a good experience so far. Over the past few years I’ve also sold a lot on Poshmark, but this past year sales have been mostly nonexistent, apparently bc of an algorithm change. Thanks for sharing your thoughts on these platforms!

I've been wondering about this -- on both ends. The risks make me nervous. Did you get reimbursed for your lost bum bag and sweater? Do you hold your own insurance or is it provided by Tulerie?

I didn’t get anything for the bumbag or sweater. 😞 There isn’t any insurance for something getting lost in the mail. I’m the only one this has ever happened too. Just that luckily. Now I have made up all the loss with rental money and then some. Planning on replacing the bag after I do some purging.

Any company renting luxury handbags and doesn't offer customers an insurance option, deserves to go out of business. It saves your company in litigation costs, regardless of your TOS, and insurance is an actually a revenue generator for the company, besides providing convenience and piece of mind to the one renting.

I love the idea of making money from bags just sitting but I worry about people not taking good care of my bags. And the getting lost in the mail is real 🫠

Exactly but this platform you rate the renters too so if they don’t you can rate them badly. The mail thing I’m still the only person this has happened too 🫣
