Was thinking the same. Makes me really angry. When Kabul fell I saw some channels putting up clips which shows the people they interviewed in Afghanistan and they took the clips down when realizing the danger, edited them and blurred the faces before reuploading the vidoes. It's not that hard...

"The goal is to use Afghanistan to wash money out of the tax bases of the US and Europe through Afghanistan and back into the hands of a transnational security elite. The goal is an endless war, not a successful war". Julian Assange said it in 2011.

Assange was absolutely correct. Unfortunately as tragic as the refugees are they do not represent a majority of uneducated Afghan population that was tired of incessant corruption of Ghani Regime of whose legitimacy has been disputed due to electoral fraud. Unfortunately there were no good guys in this fight as every side is dirty here.

The military industrial complex is a powerful entity. Leaving behind 85 Billion dollars worth of equipment means the US or no one else will invade Afghanistan. The Taliban have modern weapons now... Although they do not have the ability to maintain or resupply them. Instead of ak47s and RPGs they have black hawks humvees and m4s.i knew the US left weapons behind in war but Biden lied he should of been straight up.

Why are we helping this many people from Afghanistan but we don't put the same resources into Helping Americans...
@dvk7277
@dvk7277 2 жыл бұрын
I am not American but I would say part of it has to do with humanitarianism and global imagery in the face of a foreign crisis that the Americans help propagate. However the reason why America isn't helping their own people (much like other countries like Canada) in the same way has more to do with the level of Capitalism (Even if Americans would help other Americans out of poverty, dire straits etc there would be jealousy and hatred towards those that got free handouts while others work hard just to survive pay cheque to pay cheque) and Socialism (just not enough Americans -the people- willing to help out other Americans). So basically too much Capitalism, not enough Socialism. Just my opinion though.
@28ebdh3udnav
@28ebdh3udnav 2 жыл бұрын
@@dvk7277 that's nothing to do with socialism or capitalism. My issue is that the same people who help the Afghan refugees escape, is willing not willing to help veterans here. They have to go through a long process that takes years and then still, may get denied help. .y father for example, he wanted the VA go help but due to bureaucracy, he died before he could receive anything.
@dvk7277
@dvk7277 2 жыл бұрын
@@28ebdh3udnav. Well I think you nailed it then. Its bureaucracy, too much government. Basically the right person has to investigate the process and streamline it. You just need the right person(s) to do it i guess. Canada is similar, in fact they do it on purpose to weed out potential fraudsters who take advantage of large handouts claiming to have done service. Not sure how much of that is true but since I deal with fraudsters daily I can see people try to infiltrate these processes.

the fact is we could easily help everyone in the US. we NEED to tax billionaires fairly and pass laws to prevent the money from going into the military or police budget. It would actually cost us less to help people. kzbin.info/www/bejne/oZOokql6pqZrn6c WE REALLY NEED TO START DEMANDING THIS AND EDUCATING PEOPLE ON WHATS REALLY GOING ON. I can't imagine being so dumb that they support not taxing billionaires.

but what’s that got to do with them though? why can’t you direct that discontent to the politicians, who instead of using the hard earned money given to them in tax, enjoy lining their own pockets whilst civilians suffer. it’s very easy for you and other americans to direct ur hatred for the lack of social policy towards innocent civilians in a situation initiated by the same govt u live under. but i guess that’s why the us government wants; using others as scapegoats instead of actually listening to the ppl

The didn't have to. • Taliban numbers 50-70k members • the capital of Afghanistan has a population of about 3 million people. If only 3% of those people in Kabul had picked up a rifle and fought for their freedom, the Taliban would have been crushed in no time.
