@@TrekBattles a lotta help went into getting her finished, especially after 10 years in WIP form due to an overzealous spyware prog. there's a TE version that goes with, btw. and now, everybody and their brother that's seen this wants me to do an "A"...me included! kudos to yourself for THAT. meanwhile I've had several other sketch level ships in mind, including one I created back in high school that has VERY interesting lore behind it...and is a 9/11 tribute set and a nod to three relatively recent independent countries (it IS an independence class)

What a great set of battles. I thought you were going to win on the last one but losing your main energizers at the last few seconds... cost ya. On those Heavy Neg'Vars classes: the heavy cannons and torpedo launchers have to be taken out 1st, then the impulse drives. If one is expected to win or survive, in which case you found out the hard way. No Offense, it happens to us all. Me too >>>> see

Hits harder than the Connie Refit Refit, very nice. RPG wise I'd make this a section 31 ship painted up to look battle damaged with TOS weapon emissions to trick foes into thinking it was a mothballed vessel put back into service.

I like this idea, wouldn't mind seeing this type of mod in the game, and it definitely fits on with both the lore of the ship and S31 activities during that time 👌👌

Such a killjoy mate! I like my Dominion War Refit Ambassador class with quantum torpedos. She serves me pretty well!

@@martinjaser2725 exactly what I was saying. Older ships with new tech makes a nice punchy surprise. Ambassadors have grown on me recently, since I got a 3d printer and I printed myself up a bunch of ships, mostly all the Enterprises, so nice choice.

​​@@martinjaser2725I get your point but realistically a connie refitted to 24th century standards shouldn't be beating negh'vars from the same era easily due to the huge size discrepancy. I can buy it if the connie was a 25th century refit though

where do the aft torpedo fire from on the Constitutions class?

From similar vessels I've seen in Bridge Commander, I'd say in the aft fantail of the secondary hull. Not directly under the shuttle bay, but a few meters down along the curve.

I believe I set those to fire from the flats of the fantail on the outside. the ship was never designed with any aft weaponry to begin with. stock connies are shown having their foreward tubes in the ring surrounding the lower sensor dome, and I think the Phasers are in there, too.

actually, they DO! there's a TE version of this available as well. the ISS Conquerer (the name of an actual Royal Navy ship)

There is just one thing that is confusing me! Quantum torpeados didn't exsist in TOS era so why put weapons that didn't exsist yet on a TOS era ship. It sounds more like cheating to me! 😢

Star trek bridge commander isn't canon. It's a game where fans of star trek can play out imaginary simulations and create their own mods. No star trek game strictly adheres to canon. This particular mod was created by a member of the fandom to scratch that "what if scenario" itch and should be treated as such.
