Russell is probably the best Survivor player ever.....and got screwed the first 2 times he was on Survivor....and got eliminated early in this 3rd and last appearance on Survivor..when The Villains tribe foolishly voted him off....by the time The Villains and Heroes Tribes merged....The Heroes Tribe pretty much voted off all The Villains. If Russell was still with The Villains when the merge happened...it would have been a different ballgame.

They all tried to conspire to get rid of him....and he outwitted them all! After 20 seasons...Russell was the very first player to ever try and find Immunity Idols...without any clues! The other players RESENTED him for that. I, on the other hand, found that to be an impressive achievement! If I was on Survivor with Russell, I'd have made an alliance with him from Day 1....and worked with him to make it to the end. Russell played his A$$ off....and both seasons got screwed by bitter/jealous juries.
@paullentz19722 ай бұрын
@@Marisa2604 Totally agree! That blond chick basically rode Russell's coattails....had no strategy....and they gave it to her out of spite. Every member of that jury...was put there by Russell. @AGJ1172 ай бұрын
Russell wasn't just a conniving player, he lost because almost everyone says he was just a legitimately nasty person. He had no sense of hygiene, he destroyed survival items around the camp, he had a major egotistical attitude to almost everybody, even his allies, and he was flat out paranoid and crazy. He even called out his own nephew on live TV because he "ruined the Hantz legacy" and had him crying at one of the reunions. Survivor's game is about earning the respect of the people in the game, and it doesn't matter how many people they vote out or challenges they win, if they give no respect, they deserve none in return.
