Thanks this is super helpful. I'm on a research project of automating certain administrative process. The findings resonate with Cheenu's statement where human brains are really better suited for processing complex scenarios with lots of moving parts. A great video!

I got a BS in psychology and Master in cognitive neuroscience. I learnt some code and statistics during my masters so have been working as a data analyst. great video! I almost forgot about Clippy, he was annoying indeed. :D I was wondering about this particular chatbot of controlling spendings, I think it's super useful but also came to my mind that if it's not handled ethically well, it might influence us spending more. I mean we see the average is higher than what we thought about, so we spend more. Or am I just too paranoid? :D

That's a great point, Anna! I thought the same too, for the other way around! If we showed the average but they spend waayyyy more...how should the chatbot behave as to not make them feel guilty? In your case, absolutely! Maybe people might feel good that they're not big spenders, or they might spend more! Hopefully research can uncover the best way to approach different personalities or behavior modes
