That accent takes me back to the 2003 gubernatorial debate with Arnold Schwarzenegger. She said something to the effect of "This is not a competition between who can speak louder in a foreign accent." Made the audience break out in laughter.

Two superstar guests and an great conversation, but the quality of the audio is really awful. It sounds like it was compressed to a super low setting. Audio quality is so important and having your guests sound good is part of being a good host. The poor audio is more shocking when compared to the amazing quality of the content. It just really sticks out.

Ray is on point as usual and Arianna is super charming! Didn't finish the video however due to Adam's being passive aggressive and snippy and getting on my nerves.. You get the privilege of collaborating with two business giants and you talk down to them? Nooo sir play your position, show some respect.
