So I did the ARC LIFE, extremely interesting at this stage of my life and lately I did the test PRINCIPLES YOU.... all those now are more personal life than business, which I have very little now. I took the test, my results were interesting, and i would say are mostly accurate. My feedback would be that it would be a great addition to add more information on what someone's results would mean in their lifes. What type of relationship / career would fit the specific personality type. Some other personality test companies provide this info in more detail which adds to the insightfulness

This is beautiful. I came out a Shaper and a Silent Leader which matches all my other high validity and reliability tests like the Golden, OBPI, WG Critical Thinking, GameChangers index etc. which shows that content and factors are valid. I just dont like the visuals: can be more diverse and directed at types. All types can have different visuals in their reports. Also dont like the parts of design where it doesnt have a very visible "dowload report" point and that it doesnt automatically send my report to my email. Ive lost it :(
