I really like that generation Tahoe. Yours looks great with the Escalade tail lights and D pillars. We had one at work that was a police package with civilian interior. It wasn't bad to drive even at 250k miles (former sales guy's truck). It did have an exhaust leak and the transmission slipped in O/D. But It was far from clapped out. It didn't rattle or squeak and tracked straight on the freeway.

Extremely nice Chevy! The mods you did are absolutely first rate and it’s a gorgeous vehicle. The thing is, if you take it down to Florida unless it’s in a humidity controlled garage with that high humidity and salt laden air, the steel is going to corrode just in regular air. I realize in Michigan you’ve got severe winters there, but it looks like this vehicle has spent the most of its time in the garage and not seen a lot of nasty Michigan winters, but was rather an occasional drive when the weather was good. Down in Florida you don’t have to drive these things for them to rust and I’d hate to see that happen to a beautiful vehicle like this one.

I gotta say man that does sound freakin awesome! I agree man I've always liked these Tahoe's too! The only thing I think it needs is like an inch or 1.5" lowering to make it look even better. Hell I'd even consider doing a 'blue-wrench lowering kit' to get that inch or so of lowered stance instead of actually spending the money to get 'lowering springs'. You did a great job on that thing Arod, even though it's not a Powerstroke! One thing these Chevy's do have is amazing aftermarket support for these damn LS engine platforms and you picked some good stuff out. This would look really sweet in black too but it is nice. Just one question though why are you taking it down to Florida instead of just listing it on a car sale site like Bring a trailer or something like that? You're probably right by bringing it down there cause though, I do believe you will get a better price most likely and it probably won't get near road salt and snow again.... Hopefully, at least! 🤔😄😂👍🏻👌🏻🛠️🔧🔩 🇺🇸🦅✊🏻

It appears to be an only temporary thing I believe. I don't know exactly what's going on with all the drywall being taken down but the way the stell stud is just pushed to the side and not cut right off suggests it's going to be put back together at some point and re-drywalled. It's definitely a weird thing how they took drywall off in that section but left it on the rest of it. Who knows, I guess we'll have to wait & see what happens in the future. 🤔🛠️ 🇺🇸🦅✊🏻
