Rebounding is not only good for circulation but also the lymphatic drainage which alleviates edema! Cleansing the body with a fasting regime is also worth doing. A recent product I've bought and yet to try is the compression leg massager for the thighs, calves and feet with a heat source for the knees! This should ultimately help with the painful leg and thigh cramps. Another good thing to do is to lie on the floor with legs against the wall at a 90 degree angle for at least 20 minutes before going to bed! This can really help with a lot of health issues!

At 65 several years ago I was experiencing some edema in my feet and ankles. Not scary enough to go to doctor but I cleaned up my diet, almost eliminated sugars and the edema receded. Still came back once in a while when I was on a sweets binge. Goes away as soon as I stop sugar. I've been un-processed foods and 100% sugar free for a year now and ankles are back to the condition of my youth! Walking also helps. Being sedentary is no bueno!

Rebounding helps for sure, but to really get to the root cause, it is vital to stop eating sugar, grains, processed food, and vegetable/seed oils. For many a ketogenic or carnivore diet has helped reverse spider veins, and some have even reported varicose vein reversal. High levels of blood sugar really impact the spider veins in legs, as well as the small veins in the eyes, etc. That’s why diabetics often have eyesight issues. Lower the blood glucose and the insulin, as well.

@Dalabombana
@Dalabombana 6 ай бұрын
@@dihanmilas6915 ‘snake oil salesman’ is an expression that means selling an idea that’s fraudulent. There is literally no scientific or medical basis to back up these claims that a certain diet is the cure all. Removing sugar from diet should be commended, and it might even improve vascular health - but as someone who had to have these veins removed after pregnancy, I can tell you nothing but surgery is going to fix them once you have them. Keeping fit will always promote health, as is not standing for long periods… but from experience you can be slim and healthy and still get varicose veins. They are hereditary in many cases and can be acerbated by hormones. Best not to sugar coat it, pardon the pun :)

Doubt that there are studies as this info/effect is too new and also there is no commercial gain. But if you look at the comments on carnivore channels, you will find hundreds of n = 1 anecdotes. I’m one of them, and have seen amazing improvements in both spider/surface veins, deep varicoses and oedema reduction since starting carnivore on January 17 2024. At what point do multiple coinciding anecdotes become data??

Reynauds can be caused by leaky gut. Undigested food particles entering the blood stream which can cause agglutination (fibrin deposits) at your extremeties. Pyrolitic enzymes ie Serrapeptase, nattokinase can help, but need to address gut issues first.Glutamine helps heal the junctions in the stomach lining which tightens the gut and prevents food particles escaping through.

I’ve had this going since 8 years of age. About ten years ago I started browning in my lower legs, asked my doctor what it was. She looked at it, and thought for a few seconds, then replied, I don’t know. I don’t have edema, so I guessing my liver is doing good. I eat as clean as possible. I have waited for someone with a brain to tell me what to do. Because I know eventually it will get ulcers. I worked nursing for a while and have seen it. And it never seemed to get better with medical intervention. Thank you for finally giving me a path to follow. Now it’s on me. I move a lot, as I have raised two families, and have a small farm. And all I ever hear is it’s something that lazy overweight people get. I’m overweight, but I’m also 61, and gained a lot before I caught on to the deadly SAD we are pushed into caused this. Changed diets, lost weight, no medications, and move all the time. Few extended veins, but enough, will give this my all. Thank you soooo much.

Eating A very clean diet with it being organic and fresh vegetables, some fruits like pineapple and berries and apples, citrus, drinking lemon and lemon liver cleanses with a hot lemonade drink. I was drinking every day for six months lost 40 pounds they don’t want to find it back. I have taken horse chestnut for over 30 years. There have been short periods of time where I’ve taken myself off of it, but I have been on it pretty consistently. I use a couple of different products for circulation and leg vein health and it does help with a heaviness Was wearing compression socks consistently for over 10 years but this last DVT I can’t wear them anymore. It was causing more problems and grief. My legs have somewhat accommodated the fact of not wearing compression socks anymore. I’m very careful with trying to make sure I take better care of myself.

Dissected aorta here and ended up with lots of spider veins...docs insist it doesn't mean anything and nothing to do to stop it. One of those 'wait until we can do a procedure for lots of money', things. I continued to decline with no help or suggestions. Felt like I was dying. But I found an new diet and just switched to a carnivore diet less than a week ago and woke up today and am feeling so much better! I'd suggest anyone look into the carnivore diet and hopefully start before your body is screaming so loud! But as long as your breathing it is not too late, lots of good info and videos about how sugar and carbs are the source of most illnesses. Be well. [edit to add this info] I just found out that besides the sugar and carbs that feed illnesses, cancers can adapt from feeding off sugar and carbs to glutamine. Sounds like intermittent fasting, or extended fasting (they gave examples of a 10 day water fast) along with the carnivore diet may be able to starve cancer cells.

@amybahner6511 It definitely reduces inflammation! My sleep is also getting back to normal! I also do OMAD, but I started by just eating Carnivore when I was hungry... at first it was frequently, now it's afternoon before I start with eggs and bacon or steak. And no calorie counting, just make sure the meat has some good fat and eat until comfortably full. As you're adapted, you'll just naturally fast for longer periods... which is also healing. Hope it helps you feel better too!

I have high levels of ferritin and have ben seeing a hematologist for years. I have been studying on hemochromatosis and have determined that I need a more aggressive program to lower the absorption of iron. Many diets pushed today are not suited for this. Hypothyroidism seems to be a symtom as well.

@@CailinOToole more than that. Iron will build up in all major organs and cause major problems. This will require major diet changes. Manny supplements and fruit/juice will have to be consumed between meals, especially Vitamin C. It is essential, but collects iron. I got rid of my cast iron pans a long time ago and haven't taken supplements with iron in them for about 20 yrs when my oncologist found that I had too much. I will be seeing my hematologist next week and see if we can come up with a game plan as well as getting a DNA test to see if I have the chromosome for hemochromatosis since it is hereditary. I think my dad had it since we both feel great after donating blood and we were the same type. He died of Leukemia at the age of 63. My brother died in '17 at the age of 52. He had degenerative bone disease and his spleen split and attached to his stomach and pancreas. They got it removed but told him he would have to have a flu shot and pneumonia shot every year. He didn't do it and died of pneumonia within 24 hrs of developing a cough. Scary condition, but I had a heads-up when I found out my iron was high early.

@72armydad, For clarity, water with ANY additive, as well as, other fluids, teas, etc. must 'be digested'__with the exception of electrolytes because they work on an ionizing level. Whereas, fresh, clean, "room temperature" water immediately hydrates all body systems, going directly to the cells. Hope this is helpful. 💖🙌😺

You're right, there's two different systems, but I don't think the channels in the lymphatic system are called veins.
@allhimwithme5115
@allhimwithme5115 7 ай бұрын
Yes, the lymphatic system is separate from the veinous return system he's talking about (and mixed up completely). The lymph fluid is not in tubes/veins at all; it's in the space between cells (interstitial) and then goes into the lymph capillaries. Rebounding helps both systems. But it's the pressure change of bounding that encourages lymph flow, not so much muscle contraction that helps more with veinous return.

The best 'first thing' to do is educate yourself on basic/applied anatomy and physiology. You will be better equipped to understand more about how to eat, 'move', and utilize supplements (if/when appropriate). Btw, the heart pumps blood through the venous system__but "movement" is the only way to move lymph to eliminate toxins/wastes through the lymphatic system! Dry brushing and lymphatic drainage(massage) are supplemental to movement. Hope this is helpful. 🙏😇✨💫🌱🌿🌻🐝🌳🌎💖🙌😺

The only good thing that did come of all the testing is that they confirmed I'm positive for the BRCA1 Fanconi Anemia variant with a specific sequence that indicates current cancer treatments are obsolete for me. Fast forward; I've had a complete hysterectomy, bilateral masectomy and reconstruction as preventative measures. Now , I need to tackle losing this weight since fat also increases estrogen which can lead to cancer in women. My legs have and always are the issue. Now that I have a handle on nutrition and exercise; I'm greatful for your feedback so now I can incorporate the suggested supplements and food products. Thank you. Thank you, thank you! ❤
