Rebounding is not only good for circulation but also the lymphatic drainage which alleviates edema! Cleansing the body with a fasting regime is also worth doing. A recent product I've bought and yet to try is the compression leg massager for the thighs, calves and feet with a heat source for the knees! This should ultimately help with the painful leg and thigh cramps. Another good thing to do is to lie on the floor with legs against the wall at a 90 degree angle for at least 20 minutes before going to bed! This can really help with a lot of health issues!

Rebounding helps for sure, but to really get to the root cause, it is vital to stop eating sugar, grains, processed food, and vegetable/seed oils. For many a ketogenic or carnivore diet has helped reverse spider veins, and some have even reported varicose vein reversal. High levels of blood sugar really impact the spider veins in legs, as well as the small veins in the eyes, etc. That’s why diabetics often have eyesight issues. Lower the blood glucose and the insulin, as well.

She looked at it, and thought for a few seconds, then replied, I don’t know. I don’t have edema, so I guessing my liver is doing good. I eat as clean as possible. I have waited for someone with a brain to tell me what to do. Because I know eventually it will get ulcers. I worked nursing for a while and have seen it. And it never seemed to get better with medical intervention. Thank you for finally giving me a path to follow. Now it’s on me. I move a lot, as I have raised two families, and have a small farm. And all I ever hear is it’s something that lazy overweight people get. I’m overweight, but I’m also 61, and gained a lot before I caught on to the deadly SAD we are pushed into caused this. @72armydad, For clarity, water with ANY additive, as well as, other fluids, teas, etc. must 'be digested'__with the exception of electrolytes because they work on an ionizing level. Whereas, fresh, clean, "room temperature" water immediately hydrates all body systems, going directly to the cells. Hope this is helpful. 💖🙌😺

I know what dry brushing is for art, but what do you mean exactly, by dry brushing for your veins?
@DrLivingood6 ай бұрын
Dry brushing can help with your circulation. You can find more information here youtube.pulse.ly/ex3h45uqq2 -LGD Team

My understanding is that there are two types of veins. One is for blood circulation (blood vessels) and the other is for the water system (lymphatic.)
@maiaallman46357 ай бұрын
You're right, there's two different systems, but I don't think the channels in the lymphatic system are called veins.
@allhimwithme51157 ай бұрын
Yes, the lymphatic system is separate from the veinous return system he's talking about (and mixed up completely). The lymph fluid is not in tubes/veins at all; it's in the space between cells (interstitial) and then goes into the lymph capillaries. Rebounding helps both systems. But it's the pressure change of bounding that encourages lymph flow, not so much muscle contraction that helps more with veinous return.
@shawshank60157 ай бұрын
@@allhimwithme5115 So is it good to use a rebounder? Thank you
@CL-mn1yq6 ай бұрын
When you support venous system you are also supporting lymphatic system. When venous system breaks (example venous stasis), it can lead to break down in lymph system (lymphedema).
@debracisneroshhp28276 ай бұрын
The best 'first thing' to do is educate yourself on basic/applied anatomy and physiology. You will be better equipped to understand more about how to eat, 'move', and utilize supplements (if/when appropriate). Btw, the heart pumps blood through the venous system__but "movement" is the only way to move lymph to eliminate toxins/wastes through the lymphatic system! Dry brushing and lymphatic drainage(massage) are supplemental to movement. Hope this is helpful. 🙏😇✨💫🌱🌿🌻🐝🌳🌎💖🙌😺

Would following your diet allow me to come off the eliquis and not worry about blood clots returning? I still have pain in the back of my bad knee although I don't think they're due to any blood clots just hard to work out and get the leg back in shape. I don't like being on the blood thinners.

Thank you! I've been looking for direct informative info that I can implement! I don't know how or why you hit my feed but I'm so greatful. I've been battling doctors for years with my symptoms and I get no where. They know I have inflammation but don't know what triggers it..then I'm left to just deal with the symptoms. The only good thing that did come of all the testing is that they confirmed I'm positive for the BRCA1 Fanconi Anemia variant with a specific sequence that indicates current cancer treatments are obsolete for me. Fast forward; I've had a complete hysterectomy, bilateral masectomy and reconstruction as preventative measures. Now , I need to tackle losing this weight since fat also increases estrogen which can lead to cancer in women. My legs have and always are the issue. Now that I have a handle on nutrition and exercise; I'm greatful for your feedback so now I can incorporate the suggested supplements and food products. Thank you. Thank you, thank you! ❤
