I have liked this video and I commend you as having the clearest speech in regards to both English and Spanish. As I am so impressed by your delivery of this material I have spent some time giving some feedback, your English is exceptional however I include a couple of pointers. Use of Present tense when past tense is indicated in English. 1:41 . You said “What the heck did just happen” Better is “What the heck just happened” 2:38 You said “In a Spanish” Better is “in Spanish” I’m not sure what Spanish grammatical rule you are following here but this spurious ( in English ) “a” is a characteristic of Spanish people speaking English. Probably similar to English people omitting the personal a. 3:40 You are talking about the optional A mi, A ti, etc you don’t label these as prepositional phrases which they are I believe. 3:46 You are talking about reflexive pronouns as the mandatory pronoun preceding the gusta/gustan however I believe these are indirect object pronouns not reflexive pronouns, e.g. the third person is le not se. Regards Pete

why do you miss out the Vosotros please, my Spanish tutor taught me with that one too, thank you for sharing your language skills with us, love them.

Hey Nail, thanks for your comment! We are mainly focusing on Latinamerican Spanish. In Latinamerica it’s not used. Vosotros is only used in Spain. Check out our video about it 😊 kzbin.info/www/bejne/ranCgH9pq9KsqNE

It is not reflexive pronoun, it's indirect object pronoun. Thanks for the video!

I've been trying to get someone to explain this verb to me for years, when you use a translating app it conjugates with Gusto, if someone does not like you???

How can you use yo gusto?

A mí me gustar aprendiendo español. (I like learning Spanish.) A mí no me gusta grammar. (I don't like grammar.) As you all can probably see in my attempts to write in Spanish. 😓

Attempts like this one make a huge difference!!! It's great that you are trying!!! A bit of feedback: - A mí no me gusta la GRAMÁTICA. (Apart from that, awesome!) - A mí me gusta APRENDER español. -Our Chunking Method comes in handy here because you can't translate literally from English into Spanish. In this case, you need an infinitive (aprender), instead of a gerund (aprendiendo). BUT rather than learning these grammatical terms, which you've mentioned you don't like, you may learn the whole chunk "A mí me gusta aprender español". Hope it makes sense! Keep practicing!

I'm going to have to watch this so many times to make it stick. Who made the "mandatory" part mandatory? It seems unnecessary, especially compared to the "optional" part. And 2:20 how could you even say "Dogs like me." Would it be something like "Perros gustas mí."

so how would you say, she does not like me?

3:48 is it a reflexive pronoun, or indirect object pronoun? They're almost the same, and I'm confused 🤔

At 7:21 what do you mean infinitive so no pronoun? Le is the pronoun.
