Spot on review mate! I bought one over 20 years ago for hunting when I was in Alberta. It has served me well and I find the handle shape more comfortable. I keep mine in a leather belt pouch and the European Roe deer emblem has held up well.

Cheers dude🤙🤙couldn't agree more mate the handle shape is a very ergonomic design fits the hand perfectly. Good to hear I quite like the deer emblem for a unique touch. Thanks for watching bro.

Hunters real benefits are the center set blade (dead center line of handle) and more comfortable handle as there is no hot spot caused by the locking flat driver. The gut hook doesn't protrude as much and without a lock pushes beneath the handle scales. It is a good safety blade for getting through clothes for first aid, or getting out of waders that get filled with water; and cutting wet cordage, as well as making better feather sticks in some wood.

Hi from the UK. Really enjoyed the video. I have one of these with really nice green scales. Taken it to the woods a few times and it is a great all rounder. I'm not and never have been a hunter, so I have deployed the small curved (gutting?) blade as a ferro rod striker. Probably not a good idea but it has worked well so far.

Thanks for watching brother. Its a great all rounder that's for sure 🤙🤙 yea nice dude sounds like a good way to utilise the curved blade for another function I bet it throws mad sparks. Cheers mate.

Nice video dude I feel like the Phillips head would go better on this knife in place of the corkscrew but that's just me 😂 I bought some kangaroo salami 3 days ago it was delicious especially when fried.

I've got a Hercules and this size and shape SAK is so much better than the 91mm. The phillips drivers on mine are incredibly handy 👍 Yours is a slide lock, but looks new ?
@aussieaxedude1545 ай бұрын
The Hercules looks like a mint model man 👌👌 I can not find it anywhere to purchase online though 👎👎 definitely og slide lock never been used 🤙🤙 before I bought it anyway . A top light weight knife 🔪 that's for sure Victorinox seems to excel at keeping pocket tools nice and light weight 🤙🤙cheers for watching brother 👍

It seems like every swiss army knife I see, with all out there; I can never get what I'm looking for: like good grief why can't they incorporate a nail file on one like this in your video. There's thing's I could do without, but that's not one of them. I want a nail file, scissors, knife of course, can opener I guess, a saw: maybe; any suggestions. Please help!
@aussieaxedude15419 сағат бұрын
The Mountaineer is the one for you my friend although it does lack the saw. That or the Companion hope this helps 🤙🤙🤙
