I don’t know if I have Parkinson’s but I have acted out my dreams twice a few weeks ago, and I wake up after every single dream. I just woke up after my second dream of the night and now I can’t get back to sleep. 😢

Sleeping disorder after PD or before PD

I’ve had pd for 7 yrs and for 5ys not sleeping has been absolutely hell , I try work in the daytime.I sleep at 10pm , wake at 12,then am wide awake until daybreak, then have 2 hrs sleep, what can I do for 6-8 hours of sleep without waking?
