I used to live in Vineyard Town many moons ago. I always loved the area and I think this is a great investment. I only wish that I had the funds to invest in this Real Estate venture.

Not bad. I thought the 585sqft would be small but it seems pretty decent for a person. Hope the prices come down or I can afford something like this one day. Still contemplating if the $26~$28M is inflated or not.

I’ve rented at 585 one bedroom actually. The kitchen is what was truly small there but otherwise I was fine.

Anna-kay made a good point that Kingston 6 and 8 full up so maybe all these buildings I've seen going up outside of that will be more affordable. I do like these units, stills.

I love watching your property videos. Just some comments, I feel like a lot of security are really glorified gate openers so unless the security guards have guns and rapid response, I don't see the sense. I've seen many a foolishness go down in gated complexes that boast that they have security and charge people dearly for it.

A few questions: How are or who is responsible for the communal Maintenance? As Anna Kay mentioned it is included in the sale price however is there an annual service charge? What is the warranty period for the building work? Nice footage though👏🏽
