you can put mayonnaise on the outside bun too, to double up on the crunchyness, this also works with grilled cheese, instead of using butter, cooks faster and mouth feel is just far better.

I am with you on the sour cream, the only time I eat it is when I'm making macaroni as a substitute for milk. That's a burger you have to loosen that belt up and dig in 😂
