Automatic bonus is that wood burning fireplace, beautiful! Look at that kitchen, Love it! And with a pot filler at the stove! 2&1/2 baths, CHA’ CHING! Good master bed/bath suite. Liked it!

This guide is a good resource of videos, pictures and drawing. It does not have plans, so if that's what you're looking for don't bother with this book. kzbin.infoUgkxLum--iPp9YKZ09j1BMdHaBMLkrGfIbcm What this book does have is a lot of great information on the building of sheds, design ideas, building options, etc. The author goes through the steps to build a foundation, framing, roof, even ideas on internal storage and external finishes. The text is easy to follow and understand. There are many sidebars that give tips and advice which most laymen probably wouldn't have considered. The photographs are great quality too. This is a great book and I'd recommend it highly for anyone needing or interested in building a shed.

Showers without doors are stupid.....water does get out due to splashing, speaking from experience.....you freeze in the winter....no warm steamy shower....it's just a fad that needs to go away forever! The rest of the build was very nice.

Oh, Mr. Chase!!! This one is TOP NOTCH, TEN TIER, 10 PLATINUM STARS!! Even though I don't like white or the 3 in one living/dining/kitchen room, this one gets forgiveness for that! The designers of this home NEED a BIG handshake and a BIG HUG! AWESOME! GORGEOUS, GORGEOUS, GORGEOUS!!! This is "old style" design with high quality interior!! BEAUTIFUL! I would turn that huge upstairs room into the master bedroom for sure, and have the "open" room downstairs. Other than that, I'd have very few changes for my tastes. This home reminds me of "Site Built Saturday' homes.........what happned to those videos? I miss them.

Just my personal opinion but 320 for a modular home , NO LAND , NO PERMITS , NO SEPTIC. NO FOUNDATION , NO ELECTRICAL HOOKUP, NO WATER , , NO Transportation cost added in.. CRAZY .

Owner has to build the porches, even the front porch as well according to the fine print on the floor plan. Might as well just buy a true stuck built at this price. Theres also no garage and due to the floorplan design there's no good spot to add one.

Chance, I love this one! Just as it is, I love everything about this one! It's not too big, not too small, and different enough to be a little unique. The fireplace is lovely and that bonus room is just a huge plus. I have no idea what I'd use it for, but I'd think of something, lol! I really like the utility area and that huge window so you can see what is really going on with the laundry. I think they nailed it.

I liked this. Very little I would change. I love that the half bath downstairs is not right off of the living room dining room. It's so uncomfortable to go into a house while you're visiting and use a bathroom attached to the living room everyone is hanging out in. Awkward! I don't think I like the carpet in the stairs when most everything else is the LVP. I'd need a vacuum just for the stairs. I'd like shelves on the side of the fireplace where the shiplap is. Storage underneath the stairs or an optional stairwell down to a basement level if you can. And, for a $310k house, I didn't see a pantry or an area for a coffee bar which is disappointing. Love the bench in the master shower. Hate it when they don't have benches in these big showers.❤

This is a really pretty home for sure. Wish the rooms were bigger and I'm not a big fan of a water heater inside a closet. Also where's the pantry? For a home this large, you would think it would have a pantry. Anyhoo, great job to your helper for the footage! Thanks for the tour!

Oddly my favorite was the front door entrance. It’s so nice and wide. We have so much trouble getting things through our doors in our house. We actually just bought a fridge and get this, it didn’t fit through the front door, nor the back door. So annoying to have to deal with that. I always say to myself my dream home has wide tall doors 😂
