Si Figz I am torn about that and thus this episode. Since Rick is gone from TWD anyway they should have let him die a hero with the bridge explosion. Also, I believe the Negan Maggie confrontation could have been handled much better. She just changes her mind after such and impassioned talk with Michone, feeling fueled by the Arat kill and Negan initially egging her on reminding her of what he did to Glenn. Makes no sense. They should have just had the person intervene sooner about the camp battle, so she could have been distracted and said we'll deal with Negan later...NO EXCEPTIONS!

This is why I like TV series better than mainstream movies. You get so emotionally attached to it's characters that when they die or the series comes to an end, it's like you lose a part of yourself too. So I know how you feel. Usually when this happens to me, I watch bloopers of the show and it brings me back to reality. I think this is the sole reason why bloopers exist.

I don't think anyone actually wanted Rick to die. I've certainly been against it because I consider The Walking Dead story to be the Rick Grimes story. He and the audience woke up in that hospital room together, and we've been exploring this world together ever since. However, there are now major holes in the story. Where is Rick? Is Jadis still with him? Are we not going to see her again, either? The time jump has been six years. You mean to tell me that the ultimate family man has not found a way to get back to his people in six years? That makes him look incompetent. This man literally woke up out of a coma, walked through a post apocalyptic wasteland to find his family. For nine years, Rick Grimes has been driven by love for his family. So, why hasn't he gotten back to his loved ones in six years? They are essentially treating Rick like Heath. They're both just roaming the planet, apparently. I know about the movies. I know that Rick Grimes will continue in another medium, but I'm talking about this show, this story. Rick deserves better than the Heath treatment. And are the Survivors looking for him? Why didn't Jadis tell them that she was taking him to safety? I don't like these many holes, and I especially don't like them if they're surrounding the main protagonist.
@mayurwankhade81996 жыл бұрын
DigestiveCeremony you dont know anything brother ! When jadis says she has B she actually makes a deal Rick will be saved but will be like a captive of the helicopter people who needs A and B they are testing for cure . They will completely brainwash Rick brother . Gimple said in first movie we will know what those people did to Rick . Therefore Rick will never return to the series they just want to expand the walking dead universe . Eventually Rick will die brainwashed only with those people in his own trilogy of movies .

LIKE A BOSS. I cried through the whole episode. RIP Rick Grimes. On another note, I laughed my ass off when Shane asked how his baby was doing. OMG!! Did anyone believe for one second, Negan was being truthful, or did he grab something to use to escape, when Maggie threw him up against the wall? I honestly believe it was all for show. We all know that at this point, anyone will do what they need to do, to survive. We shall see. And last, but certainly, not least. We now know that it will be an older Judith, instead of Carl (like the comic book) telling the tale about the zombie apocalypse.

It was the first drama show i got emotional and attached too(before TWD i didnt get how people were so obsessed with fictional characters, like my mom when she use to watch soap operas when i was a kid)...my mom and I never really bonded much before, after we started bonding more when i got older we started to bond a lot more after i got pregnant, i told her how awesome the show was and she started watching and every year since she records the show so we can bond together(i mean i see her other times too not just to watch with her, i watch at home first anyway)but i will come over for few hours each visit and we binge watch a few episodes together each visit..the show brought my mom and I closer together...other than that, ive never seen acting like i do on this show and just everything especially the characters/actors especially Andrew Lincoln got me attached since 2012 and yes all though fictional, ive been with them for 6 years, it feels like losing a loved one when one dies or leaves...and Rick is amazing..i dont want him gone or the show to end, its not just a show, its a ritual, a bonding moment with family/friends, fandom, a hobby and a passion(collecting, conventions, clothes, goals for vacation in georgia, etc)...so yes I get you. you arent alone.

I was watching Pollyanna McIntosh being interviewed by news journalist Sam Rubin this morning in which he said there will be 3 movies in the works for TWD. Yes! Let's expand this world cuz I've been waiting for it. Even though they said they're done with Rick Grimes on the show, his story will continue to live on. Heck yes! I LOVE RICK GRIMES! Loved seeing his journey and the people he's come across with, he is a true warrior, never gave up on his people and always tried his best to find other ways of going about doing things and tried to keep his humanity intact for himself and his people. I was sad thinking he was gonna die, but that ending made me so freaking happy, I was at peace with that. Andrew Lincoln is a total BADASS. He MIGHT never come back but at least that possibility of him making a surprising return isn't thrown out the window. Our Rick is somewhere out there ALIVE and SURVIVING. My wish is that at the end of the series, Rick brings with him an actual army ready to help him save his friends and family and take them to safety. That's what I want. Can't wait for these movies to come out. - Yvette

Don't worry walking dead fans around the world Rick is still alive we just don't know where he went but hes alive in the show and that's all that matters like Rick once said we keep surviving and that's what I'll do WHO'S WITH MEEEEE🇺🇸

The Herschel scene was especially heartbreaking because Scott Wilson had died not long before this episode aired.

It was sort of like "The Wizard of Oz": Shane represented Rick's courage. Herschel was his heart. Sasha was his intelligence. His home -- was Michonne.

THIS. EPISODE. I felt every single emotion possible. When I thought they were going through with killing him in I totally lost it, like more than I have with any other character. I was literally bawling, very loudly. And Daryl and Michonne crying killed me. And then they went through with everyone's helicopter thing... I still don't know if i'm devastated or happy. OH. MY. GOD. AND JUDITH. WHAT.JUST.HAPPENED sorry. I'm the only person I know that loves the walking dead, so I vent all my emotions online.

OMG Jessica you had my tears rolling along with yours - like I knew you would, haha. On my own watch of the episode, I KINDA' held it together until the Hershel Scene. That smashed me and I was pretty much wrecked after that. After the explosion the blackness was so deep that I'm pretty sure the only thing that would'a stopped some fans from ending it all was seeing Rick getting medical care. Whew. AND THEN that JAW-DROPPING ENDING! I mean srsly I'm a vet of two branches of the military and I still gotta say I made prettymuch the same sound you did when our new Little Queen introduced herself, lol.

I've always been a silent viewer of all your videos. Just wanted to say thank you for your passion towards this show. I started watching this in the beginning with a special someone who I've lost along the way and hasn't been the same. But like you said, TWD has been the one constant in a changing world over many years, and Rick Grimes is a figure that stands above all others. Keep at this, please. Your love for this show should be shared with the world. All the best. Thank you.

Rick is my favorite character and, quite frankly, since Season 7, aside from a few episodes, I didn't see enough of Rick and the core group. Our group was and is, to me, too splintered. Folks are saying TWD has a "new" feel to it. Well, for me, it is now Beyond TWD, because TWD ended for me when Rick left. I struggled through S8 and have not watched any of S9. I was missing TWD, so I decided to look at some of the earlier season Skybound reaction videos when the "family" was together. I always liked your reactions, so I just stopped by to read a few comments regarding Rick's exit. …. PEACE to YOU.

While may I say what a wonderful video you just made! It takes a very strong-willed and courageous person to do what you're doing. And don't ever be sorry about anything you're putting yourself out there is enough and if people can't accept that they can just move on. And thank you Rick Grimes for all these wonderful years you have given us #RIckSTRONG

I was legit surprised that they DIDN'T kill Rick off. I went into this episode completely expecting it and they managed to subvert my expectations.

Wow! This hit you hard but its good to see this. To see true fans to certain characters and shows say how it influences them and affects them in certain ways. I watched completly trough to the end to just hear you talk about this subject because it learns me and us i think alot about the reactor we watch. Good job on having the confidence to tell us all this and we will all look forward to the movies that they are going to do. Crazy tought actually, movies about Rick Grimes. Anyway. Great reaction and i hope you feel better 🙂

sseskasays this is by far your best reaction video I've seen. 👌 It makes sense now at the Comic Con when Andrew Lincoln said "My relationship with Rick Grimes is far from over." What a relief to see how it played out for his final episode (by far the best episode). Thank you, Andrew Lincoln! Hope to see you return in the near future after you finish TWD movies. 👌

One of the best, if not the best episode from the entire series. It almost looked like a movie, a well made movie. (excepto the ending song, wtf was that bullshit)

Did you notice when the Helicopter was flying in the distance, their were 3 trees close to the camera and it did a transition and the same trees had doubled in size and one larger but fallen over, which was the subtle que of the time jump when it showed Magna's group right after. I didn't catch it until my 2nd viewing. Noticed that your video showed the transition scene so figured I would mention it.
