It's always amazed me that gastroenterologist never asked you what do you eat? Or let's do food sensitivity test? Or let's do a stool sample. Usually it's just dispense medication. Someone needs to teach them the connection between food, gut and inflammation. But thank you for this informative video

ALL OF THAT REACHING ENDED WITH THE PROMOTION OF MEDS & THATS WHAT THEY ARE TAUGHT IN MEDICAL SCHOOL. ROCKEFELLER
@GodmadeTrends
@GodmadeTrends Жыл бұрын
They’re taught to just treat the symptoms instead of finding and treating the route cause. It’s all about making money from medications, while ignoring preventive measures. The Rockefellers are responsible for this through their monopolisation of medical education and also big pharma. Just one big corrupt cycle

They don’t deal with a person’s physiology like “what’s been going on in your life?” only antiquated levels & ranges designed by the farma industry. Foods have been adulterated with chemicals & things banned in other countries. They don’t look at parasites either as everyone has them & they hide & don’t show up in tests! They burrow into joints, organs, etc & it’s misdiagnosed as a condition. What was once referred to as a condition is now called a disease.

I've gone to GI's that had advanced nutrition degrees and they refuse to use their knowledge in practice and play stupid when you try to direct the conversation to supplements and foods. Sending you to the pharmacy is standard of care and they will not deviate unless you are family member.

Thank you Dr. Hyman…your teachings are life and much easier to do than modern medicine. I am no longer inflamed: no allergies, hives, hot flashes, hair loss, sensitive teeth, sore throats, etc. and I lost 30 pounds. This happened in 30 days of illuminating inflammatory foods: dairy, flour, sugar and processed foods. Thank you 🙏🏽

*I can attest to this entire amazing interview!* The _stress_ of my dog's illness and death over a period of 2 years is what wrecked my gut microbiome to the point that I developed severe asthmatic histamine intolerance. The repair process included a multi-prong approach including everything this interview enumerated. Stress modulation, *fasting,* clean nutritious omnivorous food, fiber, hydration, and above all _mindfulness_ with respect to my gut and overall wellbeing. *It took 5 months to go from having a near-anaphylaxis asthmatic response to essentially **_all_** food to NO INAPPROPRIATE IMMUNE RESPONSE AT ALL.*

Toxins affects your stress level. With toxins exposure you can get a high stress level even without outside stimulates, even without any events to trigger stress. You will start stressing out about things you don’t normally stress out about. Then in turn this increase stress will increase the effects of the toxins in your body. But the gut bacteria, foods, sunlight and exercise can help you control it. Bad foods can increase your stress level while foods with high nutrients will lower stress. But ppl needs to realize that you can be stress even without any life altering event and to take actions like diet change to lower that stress cause it can cause damage to your body especially your gut.

Stress lives in your body, you must do everything to help to remove it like massage, yoga, walks in nature and presence of good loving people in your life. I suggest add meditation or other excercises of mindfulness. Make a symbolic a funeral of your narcisstic mother in your mind and try not to think about her by all means.

Pardon my forwardness, but your symptoms might not be from spinal stenosis but instead from a form of arthritis called "ankylosing spondylitis." My grandfather and uncle have it so I'm very keen to notice, and that hot feeling is part of its symptoms. Lead singer of "Imagine Dragons" has it and says he keeps the disease in check so he can tour by "eating ridiculously clean."

I had a big stressful event late last year and about 1 month after the event - I literally over night had severe breathing issues. No dr or specialist could pin point my illness. After much research & listening to functional drs like Hyman I essentially diagnosed myself, it was food sensitivities and it got worse by the day week month - histamine intolerance! then saw a naturopath who tested me n I have IMO I react to alcohol, gluten and to foods like caffeine chocolate tomato fermented foods, like overnight this happened. Thankfully I now know what’s wrong & how to potentially fix it. But the stress I feel triggered it, now nearly 5 months later I’m still dealing with histamine issues. But this last month of taking more magnesium vitamin b complex n zinc I’m starting to poop n get the toxins out. This is scary that these chronic illness is so common now. Functional drs are imperative to dealing with your whole health… holistically 🙏

Drik a lot of water stay in sun walk without shoes taking cold showers playing with some mud and gardening ( is beautiful when you are growing your own food) Meditation . 20 min of streaching before you sleep ( Yoga) ...A very good and natural anti inflammatory herb is Chamomile ( very good for sleep and has anti cancer proprieties) And of course stop whatching the news or believe in what they lie to you( constant living in a state of fear ( gives you anxiety and depression) And stop you from living in the present( try mindfulness) everything you do in life can be a meditation.
