Even if it did it's too late for it to have the impact it might have a few years ago. Steph is showing his age and the rest of the league has gotten better. The Bucks will never trade him and I don't think he would ever demand a trade and when it comes to FA other teams can offer much more.

@@zeusman5195 If you watched enough games rather than highlights packages the last couple of seasons you would notice Steph's slowing down a little and doesn't finish as well inside as he once used to. He's often being asked to guard bigger players more often than he used to and frequently gets off the ball and shows little interest in getting it back. All of which is understandable given how long he has played and how the talent around him as declined over the years. He was cooked by halfway through last season after a pretty hot start. He's still great but is absolutely not capable of carrying this team by himself at his age.

At this point, Draymond is the best defender on the team, and that's a big problem. Because of his toxicity, the Warriors can't recruit or develop more talented players without it becoming a personal threat to him. If Draymond feels outshined, he goes into team sabotage mode. How talented Draymond is doesn't matter when everyone has to walk on eggshells to prevent him from melting down. When did Wiggins start to suck? Answer: Right after Draymond knocked out JP and the Warriors organization did nothing about it. Then they signed Draymond to a four year deal. Suicide.

I dated Sam's sister for a few years a while ago. Not really relevant, just a funny coincidence. More importantly, there is nothing the Warriors can do to overcome the toxic effect of having Draymond Green on the team. It's as sad as it is crystal clear. While Draymond is on the team, the Warriors are going nowhere. And it is extra painful knowing Steph Curry could still win another championship if not for Draymond's toxicity draining huge amounts of energy from the team.
