Sons of former NBA players historically exceed their expectations from where they are drafted, this has become well known so Bronny may be an overcompensation in the other direction. Bryce is looking more like the better prospect of LeBron’s kids at this point anyway.

Mac McClung because he’s been in this environment longer and had more training in the G League.
@BrandonLeech3 күн бұрын
This type of thing happens at any high school basketball program, where the coaches will make a controversial decision to cut one guy and select that one when it's pretty obvious merit or potential wasn't the deciding factor. There are valid reasons and arguments as to why McClung is not NBA material, which would theoretically suggest Bronny James is even less so, but that ain't how life in the big city works.

Bronny is of course getting preferential treatment because log his dad. The Lakers wanted the first father, son duo on the court. That’s all. It’s publicity.

This kid is going to be so good next year. If he can rebound 10 a game Kerr will not be able to take him off the court.

The meatriding for LeBron is quite a drug
@JustTa2155 күн бұрын
@@jjasuka idolatry is something I do not follow. The sad thing is people are acting like nepotism doesn’t exist in the world. Saying someone is meat riding is so small minded and corny. If I were you I’d be more concerned with my own life than some rich athletes or his kid. What books have you read this year? Probably none since you don’t properly punctuate your sentences. 😏
@JustTa2155 күн бұрын
Yes Bronny James is getting preferential treatment! Get over it! Nepotism has existed in this world since the beginning of time. Everyone wishes that their Dad could do something similar but don’t think Bronny didn’t do the work.

Warriors should get cam Johnson and Bobby portis. Step, buddy, Cam, JK, Bobby Portis would be crazy.
@russelledwards24056 күн бұрын
Since when has NBA or any business been fair? Bronny has already earned the monetary value of his contract. No 55th pic has ever generated so much revenue so quickly. Bronny might flame out, but considering the fact that the chances of a 55th pick having an impact is slim, it's free money for Lakers and NBA. They could have picked a random player who would likely quietly not make the roster or make millions off of the attention.

There isn't a question about nepotism here as anyone with a brain can clearly see it. Also Stephen A said as much, I'm paraphrasing here, "we've seen white people do nepotism for years so why can't we do it now? I think it's great that LeBron can bring his son into the nba, that's what success is all about" something to that effect.

what's even WORSE is that the Lakers will Hire a Coach who had Never Coached a NBA Team -- who's was almost an Average basketball player At Best -- this isa a Much Bigger Issue than a Young Black Man chasing His Dreams but not living up to what He wants to be -- gotta Give BRONNY his PROPS -- Bronny and LeBron and their Entire Your Family now and in the Future will CHERISH these days -- not many Black Sons & Fathers get to this PRO level and Play TOGETHER --- LUVIN SEEING THIS! --

Unfortunately there are a lot of great players that never get a real chance. We all know that who you know goes a long way and this Bronny James situation is a perfect example. We all know there are players out there right now that are not in the nba but are better than a number of players that are in the nba right now. I wish every state in the USA had atleast 1 nba team, atleast then a few more deserving players might get a fair shot plus more teams equals more games so we all win 😁
