I experience the same things but I discovered that the headache before a storm often is caused by changing air pressure. That causes extra pressure on the sinuses.

Good points. I feel, as you are with the deep nature, your senses are very sharp and able to capture the vibration of the nature very quickly.

So true. Sunny days, I can deal with most things. Under a grey sky, my mood drops and everything seems bleak.

So true, my mother, when I was a child, knew a storm was coming when sensing the restlessness of us kids

JA!! Very good point Miriam! We are not as independent as ppl think we are. We are all one. Our surroundings deffenetly influence us. And most ppl with a 'normal' life know this, when they are on vacation...and why is what they eat and drink overthere tasty and when they bring it at home is it not tasty anymore. 😅 That is why we need a 'clean' environment. How hard is it when your environment is not loving for example. You can influence your environment, but that is much more difficult. You can get really depressed or anxious when you are in an unsafe environment. Because for your balance, you also tune in to your environment. So thank you Miriam for bringing this up. Man is part of his environment and even if you think you think independently and individually, you are influenced by it. Thus, what may be true in one environment may not be true in another environment. (Just like with the different dimensions). Be nice to each other. Even if you are having a hard time yourself, life is not easy for most people.❤ But we can make it together great. ❤

Same here Miriam, I am at the moment in a mountainous region called the Lake District in north of England . It is my playground . I love it . Today it is clear and sunny and I will climb high by English standards , 763 metres (2,502 feet ) tomorrow in beautiful weather. Our highest mountain , scafell pike , is 978 meters (3,209) small compared to your experience as Iv read both your books. When I was here 1 st of January it was wet and miserserable so I climbed lower than I would have liked to so it really does make a difference in your mind set . Nature is so beautiful yet at times unforgiving .

Very true - having lived in various continents south to north I can 100% relate that weather has a direct impact on personality and perception ☀️

Correct. That is why I moved from the mountain Rigi (1760meter) after 10 years in Switzerland, down south to Mallorca, Spain. Last 10 years, mostly blue skies, happy mood, after previously more heavy weather impacts in the Alps. To put it simple. Now, I know why the Spaniards seems more happy than the Swiss. Weather is key.

This is very true. Except I don’t feel quite the same way. Sometimes when it is sunny for too many days in a row I feel more stressed, oppressed. And then it rains, and suddenly everything changes. This could be also that there are other factors at work. And I think seeing the sky must have an effect too. When I see the brightness of the sky more, my vision improves quite noticeably, as if my eyes-and everything else-were not fully awake until that point. And I feel more free and much more able to think clearly.

So where do you feel ill at ease, really?

I meant, some particular valleys in the mountains. It's hard to explain. It's just an uneasy feeling.
