You can actually set the touch to be active on a second (or different) monitor. Go to the old "Control Panel" -> "Hardware and Sound" -> "Tablet PC-Options" Select the "Setup" button and do whatever it says or TL;DR press Enter once and touch the screen to set the touch-functionality to the 2. monitor.

Lemme mention two things as a touch player and a taiko player 1. This screen has a LOT less delay than the past few screens I've had, or seen 2. I'm literally in pain from the fact that you put aether ritual as the map you show with auto

You may be able to overclock it to 100hz

Maybe try overclocking the screen refresh rate using CRU. The panel looks better than 60hz. they might've set it to 60 because its the most common standard.

If you want to try something interesting, try osu!catch with Relax on touchscreen. It feels and plays like a completely different rhythm game quite different from others. I play it a lot for fun using my touchscreen laptop with like -40ms latency and it feels great.

So one thing I thought up when you tried using Nox to play Arcaea is that it's still a PC touch screen idk if it's supposed to be able to do multi-touch since it's a one cursor click And if it doesn't support multi-touch, I guess that'd explain why you dropped certain inputs
