That medical robot thingy is both horrifying and potentially lifesaving. I've trained on some disturbingly realistic dummies in my time (who doesn't want to practice CPR on a dummy with an avulsed testicle, amirite?), but there's a huge difference between a static dummy that can't tell you what's going on and working on a living, breathing thing that's in real pain. Every little bit that helps narrow the gap between training and reality makes a huge difference.

5:32 i had a dog (who passed away around Christmas 2023) who had the most severe anxiety I've ever seen. We got him WAY too young at around 4 weeks old because he wad heading to the pound. But if we left him alone, or with anyone other than my wife and me, he would cry the entire time. Doesn't matter if it was 30 minutes or 6 hours, he wouldn't stop crying. He would shake like crazy as well. Even medication didn't help the poor guy. Not sure a robit would do much of anything.
