The way I thought you were going to stop after adding the seasoning and just eat avocado with cottage cheese and then you proceeded to make a realistic meal made me so happy. As a girl with a big appetite I’m so sick of seeing these tiny meals active girls are eating on YT

Thank you so much for doing all that you do!!! My sister and I have been weightlifting for almost 3 years now and absolutely love all of your workout videos and vlogs! About half a year ago we were stuck and at a dead end in our weightlifting journey- we weren’t seeing any results with our previous trainer and then we found YOU!!!! Finding your channels and committing to following all of your workouts consistently has literally changed everything for us in our fitness journeys. We are finally starting to see a lot of results and absolutely LOVE weightlifting now!!!! I just found you about a week ago. And I have to say, putting your tips to use has completely changed my workouts this week. I’m sore after every workout. I guess I was at a plateau without realizing cause I’ve been workout out for almost a year and still not toning up as much as I’d like. I’ll definitely keep using your advice and hopefully start showing some muscle. I’m skinny and trying to get strong ;))

i wanted to watch this video because of the music comment before mine, just to see whats up, idk man i loved it, i would say a lot of differnt instruments with a few chants, mind driven to say the least,makes you want to fugure out what and how that sound is being created ,if that makes sense.Perfect match for the strong minded women in the film. I am training only 14 weeks but you gave me motivation to push myself to my limits. I did not hear about periodization yet but I try to practise. Do you also have your go-to meal?

Everything this woman does is so clean and perfect and orderly. Her training, her cooking. Dont get me wrong, it makes for great videos and i like her videos but the reality is never like this. Training is sweaty and hard, you stink, you are exhausted, you fail and fall, the gym is full of people. Cooking is messy and ugly, there are ingridients all over the place, dirty plates, your hands are dirty, your kitchen is a mess. 😂 Makes for good videos, but this just isnt real life for 99% of the people.
