Further telling is that the only 'beats' or mental pauses in the show's pacing exist solely to highlight the approving laughter or applause of the studio audience. Repeat this basic formula without variation 20-40 times in a row and you have one of the 12-20 minute 'segments' that form the backbone of the show

It would go against long-standing commonlaw tradition of one not being allowed to stand in judgement of ones self. However, that same OLC proffered a solution... All dRumpf has to do is say he is temporarily unable to handle the day-to-day duties of the WH, and under Section 3 of the 25th Amendment, Pence can come in temporarily and do the pardon for dRumpf.
