Well Brother take pictures for insurance, open a beer and wait. Make sure your bikes can't get stolen.

Hello again friend, I don't know about making Insurance claim on them? I really don't waste my time on it As for the bikes, i cable lock them to something substantial. As you know locks only keep honest people honest! If my bikes were to get stolen or damaged I make a claim on them! Hope you're staying warm? God bless you!

@@charlesvawter1527 Those awnings ain't cheap. I am holding my own. My old body don't like this weather. You can wire your back up camera to look at your toad. It's up to you. Im a retired trucker. Stay put till it's safe. I have told more than one dispatcher to kiss me down low.

@@Saddletramp1200 Hello again friend, thank you for your comment and input. Living in the west I've come to conclusion that they're more trouble than they're worth! In fact for me they've been dangerous! Seeing that you're retired truck driver you know all about the wind. Stay warm and God bless you!

Sadly, this just shows what happens when you don't properly store an awning. This looks a lot like wear and tear also. Awning and rv are definitely dated. .

This is normal when you don't store it properly. Rolling it up tight and lock it down the way it should be and this won't happen.

@charlesvawter1527 your welcome . I worked as an RV Technician for 15 years . Something you can do to help keep this from happening is to 1.have more turns added to the main springs. 2nd. They have velcro straps that you install around the awning legs above the locks . Hope this will help.

@@ronwilliams266 thanks friend, that does help. I'll check out the velcro. Thanks again and God bless

You don't carry any zip ties, rope or cording of any kind? You could have tied the awning in different places on it so it couldn't flap in the wind as much....would that not helped till you could get out of such strong wind? About all you could do....🤔😏

Hello, thank you for your comments . I did have all the awnings tied up with bungee cords and a tie strap! The wind didn't care! I was stuck on the side of the road couldn't drive too much wind in the awnings were parachuting. If not done so please subscribe to my channel as I have subscribed to yours.
