Yes. I like that. The writing seems terrible from other clips I have seen. The relationship between dandelion and Geralt is just way too playful and jovial with both of them acting like little kid brothers. Dandelion singing "softie softie softie" and talking about Geralt's hair? I cant really see anything weird about his hair other then its white. I think I will skip it. But they did seem to get Gerlat Ok. Im sure Essie will be a super woman or something too.

Gonna be honest I'm cautiously optimistic. While clearly there are a few questionable choices, ie. Geralt being beefier and looking different, at least what I've seen so far is not so many liberties that I can't forgive them yet. As long as the story is good and Geralt acts like Geralt this might actually work. But again, 'cautiously' optimistic since they could easily screw this up so willing to give it a chance barring something between now and then shows they totally lost the plot.

if it looks like shit and it smells like shit there is a big chance it is shit ineed. I am fed up with making the witcher a super heroe esque. Sure, Cavill played well, but none of his actual appearance is canon. The real witcher was not handsome, and not a bodybuilder. Too bad they're milking the Cavill look instead creating according to the book. Also this style is so boring, like every netflix "anime".

Hmm, I kind of like the fact Geralt from here looks like they were going for Cavill look just in spite of it, since we all know they didn't part their ways on good terms. Just shows how show runners(since they are those blokes behind thes TV show) know they fucked up for losing people since popularity dropped drastically after Cavill's departure, not only because fan girls were crazy about Cavill's look, but also because fans knew he loves both the books and games, and although he does not really match the book description of Geralt, he at least knew how to portray him without looking ridiculous. With that being said, I would really like if someone made more book accurate Witcher, we know Hollyweird and Netflix don't give much chances to average looking actors these days when it comes to protagonist role in this genre(hypocrisy of wokeness), but animation should give them liberty to design characters however they like, and they still go for bodybuilder look. However, as I said, I kind of like it just for the fact they are admitting they are wrong without openly doing so because their pride won't allow them.
