The main thing that really struck me from the trailer is how good it looks. Telltale's use of the Unreal Engine going forward is definitely the right move.

More like easily for them in terms of development, you can do this graphics and animations literally with any available engine for 15 years. Inhouse Telltale engine was a nightmare.

i'm a huge fan of noir and this game's style is the most noir thing i've ever seen... and it's not even in black and white. the music is also perfect. gave me goose bumps. i'm so hyped for this game... when we get it, it'll be 10 years since the release of the first game. hopefully it'll be worth the wait

@@TheMirandalorian yeah, it's been a while. you're lucky you don't have to wait as long from the first time playing the original game. at least we're still getting a sequel. sadly a lot of games i love that NEED a sequel may not ever get one - Bulletstorm, The Darkness 2, Condemned 2, Half Life 2... it's always a gamble in the gaming industry these days

There was an interview with the creators after the trailer dropped and it had some really good info on how it connects to the first game! I think having the explanation is nice, but I don't want to spoil it in case you want to go in totally blind when the game gets released.

Their was an interview with the devs of the game and they said season 2 takes place six months after season 1.

During the live stream the developers said that those Wizard of Oz characters are mostly only in episode 1. Just telling you so you can set your expectations. Also I don't think they're going to wrap up that ending from season 1. It supposed to be like a noire movie where it just ends with a mystery never to be solved.
