How incredible that Queen found Adam Lambert? They stopped playing out of respect for Freddie, (and that they couldnt find a good enough singer to cover the songs.) I think nothing would mean as much to Freddie as knowing his music only grew with time. I might be an old lady these days but I'll never take for granted getting to see Queen when I was really young. It wasn't my first concert but it was close to it and I can still remember his high notes ringing through my ears as tears ran down my face and I had no idea what any of it meant because I was pretty young.
