Way back when Clinto was running for his second term, I was set to vote for Clinton. At the mass right before Election Day, I was corrected! In his sermon the priest admonished us to vote our Catholic conscience. Oh! And the priest spoke about issues at play, including abortion. I was a convert, with just one year of being a confirmed Catholic. So, I voted for Bob Dole! This actually made sense to me. I have never regretted changing my vote.

@@JoellHedges-dm1mu I am just one of those old fashioned Catholics who voted for Kennedy in 1960...you remember him, a Democrat and a Catholic. Maybe you are not old enough to remember the U.S. in the 1950's. Viet Nam war, the space program, civil rights movement, voting rights for blacks and the atomic bomb crisis, and let us not forget the red menace...communism.

The only thing missing in Burke's appearance is a red baseball cape, saying "make america great again" and Kenneth Copeland wearing his flag jacket with his hand on Burke's shoulder urging him on. Lacrosse, Wi will go democratic in 2024. Poor Burke. He may have to move out of town, I dont know if he can live among Democrats.
