Ingredients (1 serving) 1 banana 1/2 tbsp of honey 1 cup of milk Steps 1) Blitz together your banana and your honey for 2 minutes until it becomes a thick paste 2) add in your milk, then blitz for a further 2 minutes. 3) serve and enjoy!

Inès Mariner maybe after blending it for 2 min it gets hot as hell, try this if you like coffee. 1 banana+1 or 2 tsp of sugar+half a cup of full cream milk+quarter of a cup of thick cream and finally add 1 tsp of instant coffee grounds. of dont forget when you mix everything up well at the end put some ice in it and crush it if you put too much it will taste like water and dont let it blend too much or the ice will melt just blend it repeatedly for 1 to 2 seconds until the ice is fully crushed

For a further twist on an old fashioned banana milkshake you need to add a spoonful of good quality vanilla ice cream. I used to live beside the sea and in 1963 would watch Linda, the waitress make it that way. One banana, honey, really cold fresh full cream milk and the ice cream. Fabulous!

little tip, if your going to use a spoon for any Honey or Syrup measurements dip the spoon in sunflower oil first and all the Honey/syrup will go into your recipe and you wont taste the oil either.

this is what I did: 1 banana 1 teaspoon of maple syrup 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract Sprinkle of nutmeg 4 Pinches of cinnamon Sugar (obviously) Milk (obviously, again) And I mixed it for about 2 minutes and boom. Crazy goodness.

You should peel and chop up the banana to smaller pieces and freeze them down. After a few hours or the next day or whatever just put some milk, honey/vanilla extract in the mixer, add the frozen banana pieces and blend it until it's done.
