Here's my easy recipe for the best peanut butter and banana smoothie:
*One banana
*One cup of milk (any milk of your choice)
*1/4 cup of peanut butter (any pb of your choice - feel free to add as much or as little as you want)
*Sweetener of your choice (I used sugar in the raw [turbinado])
Optional items:
**Greek yogurt
**Protein Powder
**Chocolate syrup
