Basic of making any meat patty or meatball or any minced meat. Does not matter cheap or expensive you bought from the supermarket. Basic ingredient has always been with breadcrumps, egg, salt and pepper. Breadcrumps is to absorb the meat juice. When you rest after you BBQ or pan fried or oven, the meat will be juicy.. Egg is to hold the shape together. Salt and peper for seasoning and taste..
