Once I went on a date with a man who was really into the idea of having blue-eyed children with me and wouldn't stop talking about it. We were at a restaurant and I got so uncomfortable I actually barely ate my food, asked for a box, and the whole date was less than an hour. He got mad at me for 'spoiling my appetite' by 'drinking too much water' and told me that's why he never eats and drinks at the same time. I really feel you Kelly. Dating is a struggle.

Commenting before I watch the video because I want to share in the misery lol! I was going on the first date with this guy, and I decided I wanted to go axe throwing, and he was down. It required you to make an appointment beforehand and pay beforehand. Because I didn't want the spots booked, I told him I'm happy to book it, pay for both of us, and then have him venmo me back, and he said sure (I know...I was dumb). It was $50 per person. We met at the place at 7:30. The axe throwing session was for 45 minutes The axe throwing instructor gave us a few minutes to get ourselves ready, and so we chatted for about 5 minutes. No joke, here's how the date went: 7:30-7:35 - we chatted 7:35 -8:00 - axe-throwing (in which no talking really took place since we were listening to the instructor and concentrating on the task) 8:00-8:05 - Break, in which we chatted 8:05-8:25 - axe throwing (again, no talking to eachother really) By 8:30, he had walked me to the subway and I was on my way home The next day he said he didn't want to see me again and he never spoke to me again. The date, from start to finish, was 1 hour, in which we hadn't even talked to each other for more than 15 minutes total. In that time, he was so sure he never wanted to see me again. I was so flabbergasted and embarrased, that I couldn't even bring myself to ask him to venmo me the $50, and he certainly didn't offer to pay me back. Lesson learned...

Men can make things so awkward and uncomfortable. I went on a first date with a guy once; I wasn't really into him, but I didn't want to be rude, so I just tried to make the most of it. Until about an hour into the date when we were walking and he put his arm around me. I was so uncomfortable bc it was our first date and I wasn't really into him anyway, so him touching me like that I didn't care for. But then he goes, "Are your tits real?" Omg I had that flakey skin issue around my mouth for many months from a reaction to a new retinol serum, it was really bad so what I did was carry a travel size moisturizer in my purse and I would dab some frequently to soften the dry parts and avoid putting foundation there. It definitely helped in making me less self-conscious when talking to people!

Thanks for sharing your story, loved it. For the dry skin i really would recommand trying sheet mask. I used to refuse them because it is kind of wasteful for all those packaging but my skin got to a point that every foundation looks horrendous on my skin that i gave in. From what i tried so far, I recommend the asian sheet mask. Lancome is great too. I would say try garnier one when u get a bit better cause the fragrance is bit too much for me. ❤ hope ur skin get better . Oh also turn on the humidifier!
