Everyones had atleast goofy looking dinosaur toys when children. I had a entirely black, with purple spots Parasaurolophus. A interesting Ankylosaurid with no potruding spikes on its back, and no tail bash. It had teeth too. I also had a standing up brown T Rex and Dilophosaurus, the latter having blue eyes while the former had black eyes. I had a Stego that was entirely green, while its plates were black and it had black spots.

I remember in the mid 90's, when my little half-brother was a kid, somebody got him a box of plastic dinosaurs. Amongst the usual brightly coloured T-rexes, stegosaurs and triceratops were two anomalies, The first was a dragon. A straight-up winged, four-legged, horned dragon with barbed tail. The second was a bullet or landshark from the old D&D Monster Manual. It just struck me as odd that they found such a relatively obscure monster.

Warning: This comment may take the fun out of the crazy names... In Chinese, most dinosaurs' name has a suffix -龙(literally: dragon), and dinosaur is called 恐龙(literally: terrible dragon). I believe most of these listings translated into English with translating program that doesn't really have the actual dinosaur names recorded. I tried my best to make a list to somewhat make sense of some of the crazy names here so if you are interested please read on. Please also feel free to comment if there are mistakes.
