Welcome to my latest video, where I'm breaking the stigma that eggs are bad for you! You may have heard that eggs are high in cholesterol and that they should be avoided if you're looking to maintain a healthy diet. But in this video, I'm going to show you why that it's far from the truth.
I know that many people have been afraid of eggs for years, but as a bodybuilder and fitness enthusiast, I can tell you that eggs are a great food item you can include in your diet. They're packed with protein, healthy fats, and essential vitamins and minerals that your body needs to function at its best.
But this video isn't just about the health benefits of eggs. It's also a cinematic masterpiece that you won't want to miss! I've gone all out to create a visual feast that will keep you entertained.
Don't forget to like, comment, and subscribe to my channel for more informative and entertaining videos like this one. And if you're someone who's been avoiding eggs because of the stigma, I challenge you to give them a try and see for yourself just how beneficial they can be. Thanks for watching!
Much love 🙏❤️

My mom eats 2 eggs literally every single day, for breakfast. She just simply likes them and laughs from those researches too, because nothing bad is happening to her, rather the opposite. She often says - "If there is a life of a small, vulnerable chicken starting in the egg, how it can toxic or unhealthy?". It is sad that still so many people throw away yolks or avoid eggs, repeating some bullshit and wasting food. Great to see that you spoke about this topic, it is good to spread the awareness, that eggs are healthy and nutritious food.

This man speaks the truth. I have already put on 8 pounds (3.6 kg) of muscle thanks to eating eggs every morning. And if you can find a small farm that sells fresh, and fertile eggs, buy them! Fertilized, and free-range eggs are great for your cholesterol, and overall health.
@dwbvdvis

Fertilezed eggs are no different from regular eggs, except there is a tiny bit of rooster sperm inside of it and a 0,01 gram cell blob that could have become a chick had the egg been brooded. Heads up, it’s better for your body if you cook your eggs instead of eating it raw. Plus you don’t exactly get all the good stuff out of the eggs if you drink it raw. I know daddy Noel made a video about it:)
@ideadrive44

@@twinkie9927 This is only true for the whites, as the whites have compounds in them that can upset your stomach that are killed when cooked. The yolks are perfectly safe, salmonella is super rare in eggs (1/20k)
@michaelh.1262
@michaelh.1262 Жыл бұрын
@@ideadrive44 raw eggs never really upset my stomach, but the egg whites block biotin from being absorbed, which is essential for hair, skin, and nails. I noticed my knuckles being more red than normal, so I stopped taking them, but that was the only drawback. The rest is all positive. It’s an easy to eat 60 calories each, most I’ve ever had was 6 eggs, and if it wasn’t due to the egg whites I would still be taking them. Might look into mixing egg yolks with orange juice, but i only liked one brand of eggs raw.
@michaelh.1262
@michaelh.1262 Жыл бұрын
@@twinkie9927 “you don’t exactly get the good stuff eating it raw” that’s just not true. You get that primal instinct, and it’s much easier to consume raw eggs, and in a way it’s better for your stomach, because you aren’t cooking away all the moisture that your stomach needs. I’ve felt better eating raw eggs than cooked eggs when I was super active so tell me why.

Oi Noel! Amazing videos as usual. Last time i checked ingested cholesterol doesn't necessarily result in higher ldl cholesterol in the body. Thus i think yolks do not raise cholesterol in the body. What's your take on it? Also recently learned egg whites contain avidin, which binds to biotin in the egg yolk. When egg yolks are not ingested this avidin has to bind to something else in our intestine, thus worth questioning and exploring. Would love for you to share your take on it. Thanks big Man! Peace!

Good job. My dude I eat scrambled eggs almost 5 times a week. I do 2 whole eggs, 9 tbsp of egg whites and add veggies and cook in unsalted Irish cream butter for some more healthy fat. Went from 200 lbs in jan down to 185 in 3 months and been maintaining that weight while slowly doing body recomp. 💪🏽

I used to eat oatmeal and nuts for breakfast. But during Covid, I ran out of nuts, so I began eating oatmeal and eggs. I felt so much better after making that simple protein switch. I felt full longer, and my body and mind had more energy. I still eat nuts as a protein source and for some energy, but I don't rely on them only anymore.

Do you mix the eggs into the oatmeal? I do this sometimes. I cook the oats, turn off the heat and then beat in one or two eggs. Makes the porridge really fluffy and creamy.

If you're going to eat egg whites regularly for weeks/months make sure to cook them as opposed to having them raw (even if they are pasteurized). Otherwise you could end up with a biotin deficiency which can result in symptoms like rashes, brittle/fine hair, muscle soreness, and general mental/physical fatigue. If you eat whole eggs the yolk will have enough biotin to keep this from being a problem. Even if you cook egg whites it's probably a good idea to include a biotin source in your diet. The NIH says: "Foods that contain the most biotin include organ meats, eggs, fish, meat, seeds, nuts, and certain vegetables (such as sweet potatoes)". Look up "egg whites biotin deficiency" if you want more info.

To add to this cooked egg protein actually absorbs much better so there is no point in eating raw egg... I personally would just eat whole eggs since the fat in the yolk also helps with absorbtion.

I have been eating a 5 egg omelet every morning for over a year and working out daily and I can confirm I have never been in better shape, my cholesterol level is just fine, and I have no signs of heart disease. I will go for year 2 and see what happens.

Egg yolk has HDL which is good cholesterol replacing LDL (the one causing cardiovascular problems) … good for ya
@ferryhmm
@ferryhmm 11 ай бұрын
@@moazahmed5063 LDL, the "bad cholesterol" is actually the one your body makes all your androgens from (testosterone, dht etc.). LDL causing cardiovascular probems is a myth stemming from flawed study design (all studies for that are correlational and don't control for the fact, that people who eat more animal fats in general tend to eat unhealthier, but it's not the animal fats themselves which are the cause)

It's also worth noting that a LOT of research has been done to suggest that cholesterol intake is not super related to how much cholesterol is in your bloodstream. That has to do with your diet as a whole and if your lifestyle is active enough

I do have high cholesterol (the bad one even though I do pretty good food choices) BUT my pathologist told me I should eat safely 1 egg per day (not fried) for all the good nutrients it contains. Furthermore the cholesterol that the egg contains does minimal if none changes to the overall cholesterol.... I do trust her and we managed to lower the cholesterol a little even though I reguralery eat eggs without medicines and only through food and some vitamins supplements. Daddy Noel I respect you and I learned a lot from you! Greetings from Greece!
