I love how they tried to copy the dentist (gus) from payday 2 and didn't even try to alter his voice or persona with that pager operative "Nasara" But in Payday it made sense as the dentist was an extremely ominous and powerful contractor who nobody knew nothing about that basically forced heisters to work for him.
