This was my theory as a kid of who that Sheen was in Planet Sheen. The evil professor/scientist (can't remember his name) kidnapped Sheen and made a clone of him, but gave him the personality of Rob Schneider, Jar Jar Binks and L3-37. In order to infiltrate Jimmy's Lab and steal some secrets, but the characters weren't fooled by this clone (not even Carl). So they decided to trick him into going into a rocket to fly to another planet while going to save the real Sheen and resume their daily lives.

In Angelica’s defense, keep in mind she’s only three years old and spoiled by her parents, tons of kids that age in that situation tend to act that way, and in a few episodes, she admits that the babies are her only friends, she probably treats them like that because she has no experience with actual friendships other than them, it also helps that she’s matured in the ten years between the original and all grown up, in my opinion she’s probably the most well written of the kids in the show

The addition of Chloe was the sole reason why I dumped Fairly Odd Parents after just watching 2 episodes when I got to s10. That was enough for me to decide. The worst part of that change was that she somehow got to share Cosmo and Wanda with Timmy because of… reasons? I never understood why. The reason they gave us in ep 1 of s10 was just confusing to me. Couldn’t the creators at the very least given Chloe her own set of fairy godparents instead of getting to share Cosmo and Wanda with Timmy? I mean, there’s a whole world full of fairies, surely there must’ve been at least ONE fairy who could? That change alone would’ve made it at least slightly better imo.

The reason why she got fairies was in the fairy scare share. When there’s a problem, chloe would go to fix it but something goes wrong and then people hate her because a little misunderstanding.

I loved Jimmy Neutron’s original series, especially Jimmy Neutron himself, along with Goddard, Carl Wheezer, Sheen Estevez, Cindy Vortex, and Libby Folfax. But canceling the show only just because of the failure of Ant Bully, is totally unacceptable. They easily could’ve continued the show by not trying to make the Ant Bully show. I’m really disappointed in DNA Productions for canceling Jimmy Neutron.

Honestly, Mr Krabs from the latest seasons of Spongebob would deserve a spot on this list. I mean, in the first season OK he was greedy but he could be reasonable sometimes. He often gave good advices to Spongebob in the 3 first seasons for example, but in the latest years, he suffered the Flanderisation. Some fans even think he is just as bad as Plankton, and sometime even worse. Plankton is supposed to be unlikable but still you can feel pity for him in some episodes. Krabs on the other way really did dirty things, like that time he tried to kill Squidward to sell his paints.

For Mr. Krabs on the other hand, I already knew he’s a cheapskate but gotten worse as the series went on. Just like how SpongeBob and Patrick are more dimwitted while Squidward gets more tortured

I think the worst character of Catdog was Winslow, the blue mouse. Whereas the rabbit was often the evil businessman, he was often the initiator of some interesting stories for the episodes. Well, there's none of that for Winslow, he's just a jerk to main characters without much input into the story of the show. I honestly don't know what was the purpose of Winslow in the show. I guess to make their lives even worse.

Honrable mentions Wilbur Cobbs - The Ren and Stimpy Show - He was constantly shoehorned into too many episodes and really doesn't offer much. Dodie Bishop - As Told by Ginger - How was she not on the list she's the world character on the show she's selfish and will betray anyone even her own friend Ginger to get what she wants which is to be popular. Chandler - The Loud House - He's just another generic bully who doesn't offer much to make him stand out. Sergio - The Casagrandes - I've never liked Sergio he's annoying, selfish and has very few redeeming qualities.

Chloe was given Fairy Godparents because much like Angelica, (although her life looked perfect, had wealthy/successful parents and was generally a happy child), her parents were too busy for her and she never really had any real friends and was always alone. So she got Fairy Godparents but by having to share them with Timmy she also gained a childhood friend going through a similar problem. Your parents not having enough time for you or just not paying attention therefore leaving you to feel neglected…

It’s an interesting case, because the reboot has actually listened to the criticisms of Angelica in recent years. They’ve actually softened her by making her somewhere in the middle between anti-hero, and antagonist. They’ve reduced her brattiness, and made her more of a stern, misguided older sister figure, and the reboot explores her complexities more as a character. Rescuing Cynthia is the first episode to delineate Angelica in a heroic fashion thru the entire episode, and we see a new depth to Angelica's character, as she navigates complex emotions and struggles with issues of identity and self-worth.

A better punishment for Angelica is for her mother to be arrested for dirty dealings and her dad to lose his job because of this,then losing everything and downsizing. At the same time Angelica is no longer welcome in anyone's home.

@@crimsonmoonrise9785 Angelica is a more complex character than she appears to be on the surface. Especially compared to other spoiled brat characters. Socially, she struggles. Drew and Charlotte not being there to support her, her difficulties with interacting with her peers and communicating herself (She can communicate effectively, but fails to understand social cues) all play into this. I’d like to believe that while she can be mean to them, part of why Angelica is so bossy is that she’s trying to imitate her mother, and keep order around the babies because she wants the best for them, even if she doesn’t go about it in the right way.

I’m probably one of the only people who watched Bunsen is a Beast. When I was younger, I actually kind of liked it but once I didn’t catch up to the newer episodes, I forgot the whole presence of the show. Other than, new student who’s a creature goes to school, makes a friend that’s described as dorky but has a crush on a tall girl, a mean girl wanting to expose him, and sometimes hanging out with some homeschool kid.

This is an unpopular opinion, but I have started to really hate Stinky Peterson, a recurring character from Hey Arnold,! Of course they;re are plenty of likable and relatable characters in that show, including Arnold himself as well as Helga, Gerald, Phoebe, Rhonda and Grandma Gertie, and Granpda Phil Stinky is just way too much of nuisance too me, he's just so annoying, especially his voice, he doesn't really contribute much to the show and is mainly just a background character

Personally I found every character on Catdog to be awful, even the most likable of the bunch Cat. And the premise is literally just one joke most of the time, which is everyone hates Cat, weather its prejudice reasons for being a Cat or just because. They basically took those Squidward episodes from the Dark Age of Spongebob and just make that plot. Rancid rabbit is a contender for worst of the bunch. But I would put the Greasers (especially Shriek) in his place due to their implied racism and their stock character archetypes. Or Winslow, who is easily one of the worst characters ever, he does nothing but abuse Catdog (especially cat) even though they gave him a place to stay. And this isn't coming from me hating a show for being "mean" as some of my favorite shows involve a more mean tone, in fact I think jerk characters are often the most entertaining in many cases and have the best characters. But my issue is this show just doesn't do it right, it doesn't feel like you can enjoy them on the level of being a jerk, especially when it comes to the same joke when abusing Cat.

I think the most healthy could be Arthur and Buster. The two are one of the closest characters in the entire series and you very rarely see them fight/argue. Most toxic to me is most definitely DW and the Tibble Twins. The Twins are terrible influences for DW and the often times love to antagonize her and get her into trouble.
