Well said. Producing a generic marketing video and a concept car isn't difficult. What's difficult is building a brand over decades that people actually care about. Thousands of employees over the years have helped them achieve that, and were proud to be a part of it. Jaguar's leadership choosing to turn their backs to its history just feels cheap.

Amazes me nobody seems to care what Tata does with any of their other cars and why people somehow think Jaguar is a British company. In saying that tho this is the same country that thinks their German royal family are also somehow British. 🙄

I have always appreciated the technology of the electric vehicle. Tesla makes a good product. But the last thing, as a car enthusiast, that everyone wants is the entire market to be electric. It's boring. It's mostly devoid of personality. The f type is a car that evokes a raw passion of taming, a beast. I don't care that the new car has a thousand horsepower. There's nothing about that car that makes me excited.That wants me to drive it.

Give it a chance. Yes the advert was odd. Start a fresh. No one was buying them especially the ones crapping on the brand after the advert dropping. People are speaking about it now. Let give it a chance. Easy to be negative better to hope the innovate and save the brand.
