It is way later then i feel like it should got to wait for them to spring up just feels odd

@@theonlyangle yeah, the best way is to just find a cloud with no obstacles and getting a feel for the timing its mostly intuition if you want to learn some of the harder platforms, if you want you can look up the frames of the cloud animation and time the jump based on your own intuition
