Your Dad reminds me so much of my grandfather...he lived with us growing up (passed away about 30 years ago). He was a Lee, he was incredibly kind, a Chinese immigrant & chef/restauranteur too (in Vancouver, Toronto, Montreal, and Trois Rivieres) - although not quite as successful...haha. It's interesting to watch your Dad cook, and especially how he uses his hands - it's exactly the same as I remember my Grampie when he made us Sunday dinners. Love the channel - hilarious and great content. I went to your Dad's restaurant years ago, and it was one of my favourite restaurant experiences. I can't wait to try the new location (I'm in Ottawa, so don't get to Toronto too often). Cheers.

You should give Durian smoothies a shot and if you still don't like it after that I understand if it'd be the last time you tried durian. For most the smell will overwhelm the taste. Also nice job on the roomba. I feel like all older folk should have one since it cuts down on sweeping and vacuuming that they have to manually do themselves.
