Oh, there is accountability. Just applied to different people. For example, try building a new extension on your home without getting the necessary permits. About 10 years ago i was driving in Whitehall with my baby in the back seat. For some reason beyond my compression I did something to piss off 2 black girls behind me. They were hanging out the windows screaming at me and threatening me. They followed me for miles. I pulled into the parking lot of my destination and they got out and started to to run up on me until they seen I was carrying. God only knows what they would have done to me and my son if i hadnt had that protection. I no longer go to Whitehall anymore. They should change the name of the city to Blackhall. Here, he would have been taken to the nearest hospital and treated as a public patient (so no choice in doctor or which hospital he is in) but all medical care would be free. Sure there are problems like not enough specialists, especially in the country areas, but in an accident like this you can at least agree to treatment without having to worry about cost.
