I'm thinking, put a light smoke on the oxtail, and ribs, and a nasty ole chuck roast or whatever, but do not cook them(maybe just the ribs). Then run them all through the grinder and combine with some spg or whatever you like. Your burger looked ( and I'm sure tasted) very good, but more like a meatloaf lol :) I like ones I can actually get in my mouth without a shoe horn:) Yours wasn't too bad, but some of those mile high abominations might as well be eaten with a fork as on the first bight, half the sh!t falls out of the bun anyway :) and you are absolutely right......there is no such thing as too much bacon.
