This is one of my favorite episodes of the season. Scully being THE Boss, Doggett knowing he’s not fully equipped for the situation putting his complete trust in her, and it has Penny Johnson Jerald, who I loved in 24 has a guest role.

The plot is based off the film series C.H.U.D, where toxins illegally kept in subways mutate homeless people into monsters,I agree the ending of this ep was kinda a mess though.
