Slowly working-my way through your vids , trying to apply most of your instructions to my own woodworking projects, you make it look so easy .oh and that pizza 🍕 looks amazing to .... cheers for the vids 👍🏻🇬🇧

Hi Rob, great to see you posting vids again. Like you, my father was a french polisher of the last Jedi era. He learnt the trade polishing pianos and was a master of the so called glass or German finish using vienna chalk. He is still with us though he hung-up his fad many years ago. Unlike you, although I learnt to polish in my late teens but then I went in to science and never did it for a living. Now in my mid-50s I've decided to re-visit the art and have bought some pieces to practice on. Your vids are a great help as you use all the old school techniques that my father used and its easier to watch one of your vids than attempt seek instruction from the master, especially during lockdown! I hope you get to pass on your techniques to many others as they represent to true art of french polishing respecting age and character of the piece! I live on the Wirral but I work in Harrogate so I've not seen Yorkshire for several weeks now...... 🙁
