I was wondering are any of these ads scams on craiglist or would the main worry be people wasting your time? I see a lot of ads with just a number and all it says is we buy houses fast cash now. It just seems like they would want to put more information or is that standard? Also is there bad times to call? so to circle back after pacing for 40 minutes practicing the script. I finally made my first call. i fumbled the intro but recovered but when I asked the lady in the on the phone what area she likes to buy in she just said LA and men in the background started yelling 50 G's we need 50's so she didn't sound professional and when I hit her with some hard questions they went awwwww shit in the background but like joking and It sounded like they were playing cod. but then she just hung up so I feel like there are scams but that's exactly why we have these questions.

However, always approach these listings cautiously. It’s not uncommon for these ads to lead to conversations that don’t go anywhere, so the main issue you’ll encounter will likely be time-wasters rather than scams. Tip: When you call, ask qualifying questions to gauge their legitimacy, like how many deals they’ve closed or what their buying criteria are. This helps weed out those who aren’t serious​​. Best Time to Call Cash Buyers It's perfectly fine to call after 5 p.m.! Most cash buyers and real estate investors are used to flexible schedules. You might want to avoid calling too late at night (after 7-8 p.m.) unless you’ve already built a rapport. If you’re worried about bothering them, you can always send a quick text message first and ask when a good time to talk would be. I have two cash buyer ready to buy Liquor stores. One is willing to buy up to $1,200,000 the other is willing to buy up to $800,000 but he specifically wants a distressed one and in Lynwood. I did find a Liquor store who recently lost it's tenants to rent increases but I don't know how different the process is. If you had any advice or an email where maybe we could talk about it I'd greatly appreciate that.
