If you get a bug up ya bum to try this again I recommend trying them on the vertical. Came out great with crispy skin and no charred spots. Smoke On brother!

Dust them with some cornstarch before you season them. All smokers are different, on my weber smokefire I run 375 on my upper rack till they get 195-200 degrees. No burnt skin unless i use the lower main rack. When using my barrel smoker, i run 450-475 degrees with no burnt skin. 🤷🏽

Try 1 1/2 to 2 tsp of corn starch per 2 dozen wings. You'll be surprised at how much crispier they get.

I use duck fat and at 415 or so, crispy. Nvr burnt. However not as crispy being fried.

I agree about the gloves. If you can give me tips on partnerships, I would appreciate the info. Kudos on tweaking and redoing!! I would love someone to ask me to review a pellet grill. Cook turned out good. Congratulations!!

You can either reach out to people or they will sometimes reach out to you. Get an official email. That helps. The bigger your numbers the easier things get. However, eventually you are turning down more people than anything else. The commitment that comes with accepting product is almost not worth it sometimes. I turn down stuff every day.
