love my older comedians. Andrew coming from the new school of comedy is doing his thing. He has honed his skills these past few years. If you watch stuff from 6 yrs ago... so different... Def want to go to one of his shows.

As funny as this is, crowd work is one of those things that works better in a small club and not a theatre because you can't even see the person he's talking to. Great for youtube and selling future tickets, but not the same experience live.

Nailed it. My speech college professor back then told us this and he gave us an example. His Communication skills were godly. His crowd work with 500 people was insane. He gave lectures on how bad the media is and he did it at a venue with 2000 people. He told the class ahead of time he was going to bomb. You can engage a a group that big on a closer level. Just talking to one person at a time for 30seconds would take up 16 hours to get through everyone. So you have to shorten is with just a handful of people. But now 80% of the group doesn't get the experience. Dave Chappelle doesn't have to talk to anyone of the crowd to put up a show because he wants to share the same experience equally.

One of the things that makes Andrew Schultz so great is that he's able to laugh at his own jokes during his set and it actually fits his personality and character on stage and he's one of the only people ever to be able to pull that off and it just makes them funnier and more relatable. I would say he's by far the Best comedian out there today in top three in the history ever for being on stage

We need Andrew Schultz specials, screw Netflix, they are too woke, but everyone needs to see an hour special a few times a year. You should record all of your shows and 2 months later do a $5 PPV and cash in an extra $100k per show!!

@@shaneducholke364 I dont think any organization was ever "WOKE" I think they thought it was profitable to be Woke. Now that places know its not we will get the real more moderate/antiwoke business.
