Walking at your own pace is a game-changer. You'd think that it doesn't matter but it hits people on the subconscious level.

I just noticed that James Bond walks with a distinctive Gunslingers gait, where the right arm swings and the left arm is kept still, in order to draw a gun quicker (This also indicates that he's left handed). His walk is similar to that of former KGB agents, like Vladimir Putin. Very interesting.

Guys, and remember when you walk or stand with confidence eventually someone will call you out, but hold your frame and keep doing what you're doing. Some people will feel intimidated or uncomfortable. You are entitled to feel good and walk or stand however you want. Own that shit!

I used to walk fast to get faster to places, but really walking confident with your own pace makes people turn their heads back or up, if they are sitting. Just think you are attractive and wall lile that and people are starting to naturally think you are confident and attractive. Fake it till you make it.

Lol coming from a smol girl these really apply to both and all genders and tbh it's so attractive too I love when a guy walks confidently. Also, I want to be an attorney when I grow up, but I'm just tiny and doing this has made me feel not only more confident but also it makes me feel like I AM successful and important if you know what I mean. It's like faking it and then you actually make it.

Yep, and ppl respect you more too. Besides walking confidently, practice always speaking with confident tone of voice, no matter what you say. It will make people respect what you have to say and it's important to succeed as an attorney too.

walking with a good posture, it's usually walking confidently. you will look better, taller, and in the long run, will feel better with back pain. "take your shoulders back" it's a good tip, but usually there's a better way. when your chest is high enough, your shoulders would be behind your chest, the main reason of bad shoulders posture, is just your chest, if your sternum is down, your entire chest will be down, and if your chest is down, your shoulders would do the same, because gravity. a simple tip to a good posture, is using your abs to make your back straight, you can do that in a relative simple way, inhale air with your diaphragm, and then, contract your abs, try to move your abs inside and up, that will make your back totally straight, and also will fix your pelvic area for you. That will make the transversal abs work, you will keep your back straight with the right muscles, and also, will keep everything nice inside you. get your chest up, that will make your shoulders go back and look up, making your chin 25% inclined, that will make your neck go in the perfect position. and that's all, you got the perfect posture

I have social anxiety and I have a bad habit of looking at the ground with my hands in my pocket, even having conversations with people Im not close with I tend to look away and sometimes people will think I'm not listening to them because I'm not visually paying attention to them but I am, I just don't even notice I'm doing it half the time. Been happily in a relationship for the past five years so I don't care about the women aspect of walking with confidence it's more of a personal pet peeve I have about myself that I am trying to get better at. This 2 part video has some good pointers and I'll be sure to try and remember and try them out. Thankyou. Have a like 👍

please Illustrate the torso swivelling ,shoulder elevation and chest projection part using some demonstration video. Its not much clear from that actor's example. Much more is there behind the scenes to get the desired effect. Additionally, please do put illustrative videos on various kinds of walks from varied personality type perspective. Seduction alone is not the key goal in life.

Walking with shoulders back? I see this advice regularly and I disagree! Instead, develop a habit of spreading your shoulders as wide as possible when walking, standing, or even sitting. This will accomplish the goals of keeping your shoulders back as well as providing enough of a natural forward chest posture that avoids looking liking as though you are puffed up. In addition, it improves the look of the inverted triangle body shape so many men are trying to achieve in the gym and that suit jackets and sport coats are designed to emphasize.
