Oooo wow so it's orally rectally or vaginally. My mom told me about this a long long time ago when I was the teenager and I thought that I was remembering incorrectly that she said you measure your temperature down there because I was watching these videos and apps that talk about taking your temperature orally so I thought I had got it mixed up. Good to know that it's all of them! LOL

Hey so often I wake up at early in the morning to pee because maybe I drink a lot of water the night before. Should I check my BBT then or go back to sleep and check it later?

Check it before you go pee. Before you've even gotten out of bed :)

When your BBT rises and your mucus is slippery and clear, have sex. If you're tracking everything on an app it should estimate when you will ovulate and you can have sex five days before that estimate as well as anywhere in between to get pregnant
